The leader of the United for Human Rights party, Vangjel Dule, said for Top Channel’s Top Talk that the Parliament will fall after the process of the MPs.

“The Constitution says that the Parliament is made of 140 MPs. After this farce is over, with the replaced MPs, the President has the Constitutional Obligation to disperse the parliament. There is no rational reason for Rama to prolong this situation”, he said.

Dule denied that he keeps contacting Rama, a a former ally, and he says that he has no agreement with the current opposition leader, Lulzim Basha.

The UHRP is the party that represents the Greek minority in Albania. By joining the opposition, they are on the same coalition with the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity, which represents the Cham Albanians, the Albanian ethnic group that was removed from Greece by force in the 1940s. However, Dule insisted that they are not allied with the PJIU, but only with Basha.
