Former Chief of Tirana Police, Pashk Tusha, a well-known name for the
Albanian police, especially during the difficult years 1997-1998, has filed a
suit against a current director at the Tirana Police.
Tusha declares that he feels threatened by the police, accusing one of their directors of taking arbitrary actions. He also accuses other structures for failing to take the appropriate measures against him. Tusha says that the police took him under custody by force, while that he has been ofended while he has stayed in the premises of Tirana Police.
According to Tusha, the police director that took him under custody holds an old grudge, since 2003, when Tusha refused to obey to an order of the local MP for promoting him as Chief of Durres Police.
The former Chief of Police expressed his trust in the Police structures for giving a solution to the conflict, and that he believes in the Albanian justice institutions.
