The case of the Boboshtica village, where the Greek minority organization “OMONIA” is accused of tomb violation while
building the platform of a Greek memorial, continued with two witnesses saying that the constructions
were sponsored by the head of the “OMONIA” organization.

The witnesses called by the defense, Elenica Kotelli and Maria Male, declared in court that the meeting of the “OMONIA” organization for cleaning and adjusting the tombs before the construction decided to postpone this works, due to the Greek holiday of October 28th.

The two witnesses interrogated by the defense and the prosecution held the same stance, saying that they had no information about any construction permission and that due to the lacking of funds from OMONIA, the construction works were provided by the head of this organization, Naum Disho.

They confirmed that Boboshtica was chosen for the fact that in this village there has been an annual memorial ceremony for the Greek soldiers. Two other witnesses of the defense failed to appear in this session, but they will testify on the next one.
