The Municipality of Tirana comes with innovative ideas to make good use of tis properties that have been damaged through the years.
The Municipality is discussing to take its properties that are currently not being used for anything, and transform them into social homes with low rent for families in need, or into service centres.
The Tirana Municipality has a series of damaged buildings that are not being used and that have also turned into serious danger for their lives.
