Tirana-Elbasan highway is now open

Authorities announce that the Tirana-Elbasan is open, but with only one lane. This was made thanks to a provisory bypass created for vehicle movement.
Vehicles coming from Elbasan will no longer need to travel from the old Krraba road. The Road Authority appealed citizens to use this bypass with a reduced speed, and respect the road signs.
