The main suspect for the murder of Azem Hajdari, sentenced to 25 years in prison, in absence, has now returned from Turkey and reached his first victory.
The Court of Tirana accepted his request to appeal the verdict.
He will also be heard in the most controversial case of 1998, regarding the murder of one of the founders of the Democratic Party, Azem Hajdari.
