Tirana citizens will have better access to official documents that may be required for various applications.
Starting in January 2018, the Municipality of Tirana will issue 70 types of documents from a kiosk, where citizens will be able to print documents without waiting in long queues.
Present at the regional conference called “Future cities without corruption”, Mayor Veliaj declared that the Tirana Municipality is working to expand the range of online services, avoiding human contact with employees.
The Mayor said that this initiative will save citizens 9 days a year.
