Three shepherds were blocked by snow in the mountainous areas of Dropull.
Alket Nikolli and Ali Dosti, the three of them from Golem, Durres, were blocked above the Vodhina church in the area.
One of them owns 400 heads of cattle, all blocked in Dropull, the other more than 1000.
The Civilian Emergency Headquarters has gathered I Gjirokastra to discuss the situation, but they say that the shephards have broken the pasturing contract. They should have returned since November.
