The Parliament cast lots today for the nine members of the Judicial Appointments Council.
Besnik Imeraj and Altina Xhoxhaj were selected as members coming from the Constitutional Court, and Vitore Tushaj a replacement member from the same Court.
Artan Broci was selected as member of the Supreme Court, with Shkelzen Selimi as replacement from the same court.
Rovena Gashi was selected without lots, as the only candidate from the Prosecution General.
Gentjan Trenova and Fatjona Mence were also selected without lots as the only candidates from the Prosecutors of the Court of Appeal.
There were no replacements from the Prosecution General, because there were no candidates.
The list of judges from the Court of Appeal was made by 83 candidates, and lots selected Entoni Dhimitri and Fatos Qato.
There 42 candidates from the Administrative Court and lots chose Ahmet Jangulli.
