Thaci: “Bechtel†Contract is transparent

Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaçi, declared in the Parliament that the
contract of the Kosovo government with “Bechtel-Enka” that has been
published by the Self-Determination Movement is not the final version.
“The financial transparency of this project is full and all expenses, in the smallest delay, are included in the respective laws for the budget”, Thaçi declared.
The deputy of the Self-Determination Movement, Visar Ymeri, interfered by asking that the original contract for the construction of the highway “Ibrahim Rugova” to be made public by the government.
Thaçi reacted by saying that “the highway construction is being opposed by those who opposed the country’s independence”.
