SP, another appeal at Electoral College

The battle for Tirana will continue at the Electoral College. SP sources
say that the decision taken yesterday by the College regards the
procedure and not what SP considers as the core of the case.
Socialists say that the Electoral College accepted Central Election Commission’s decision for reviewing contested ballots, but did not decide if miscast ballots are valid or not.
This means that both parties will clash in another legal battle that is expected to be the final one. The Socialists will deposit their appeal within the deadline at the Electoral College, which will decide the next Tirana Mayor.
