The Socialist Party will hold its Congress this March 23rd, three months before the local elections.
After a speech held by the Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, there will be three other sessions which will show examples of socialist local governing, and what has been achieved so far through the platform “Pact for the Univbersity”.
The Congress is expected to announce the list of candidates for Mayors of Tirana, where Veliaj is expected to run for a second term.
The entire congress will be focused on the local elections of 2019.
