Besa Nikëhasani, Prosecutor at the Shkoder Prosecution of Appeal, can now be considered a former Prosecutor. The decision against her was final.
Nikehasani failed the Vetting test at the Independent Commission for Qualification, so she appealed the decision at the Special College of Appeal.
But this Wednesday, the Special College of Appeal ruled to leave in effect the first verdict of April 20th, making Nikehasani’s removal from the judiciary system final.
