One of the closest collaborators of the Shkoder Mayor, Voltana Ademi, has resigned.
Suel Hadri, Secretary of the Municipal Council, has resigned for personal reasons.
This resignation comes a few days after the new Municipal Council in Shkoder was constituted.
Mayor Ademi has declared that she will keep leading the municipality, since they are in a “transitory phase”.
