Competition for travelers from Shkoder to Oblike has cost the life of a
42-year-old father of three. He was killed by gunshots yesterday at
22:45, in Oblike village, commune Ana e Malit, Shkoder District.
The victim is the citizen Agim Shullani, resident of Garuc in Oblike. He was found lifeless 100 meters far from his house. The Police suspected that the murder was committed after a fight of the moment, and for this reason they organized the operation code named “Tarabosh”. After taking different declarations from witnesses, they were able to arrest two persons, some hours after the crime, as the main suspects for this murder.
They are a father and his son, the 56-year-old Riza Idrizi and the 22-year-old Naim Idrizi, from the same village. The suspects had been involved in a quarrel with the victim, regarding competition in their work. For revenge, the suspects have ambushed the victim near his home, and shot him to death.
The suspects own a van with which they work as a taxi in the same line where the victim worked. They had had a fight with him some hours before organizing the murder.
Police has been able to seize as evidence a “Berett”, a silencer and an amount of model 56 bullets.
