The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, will also hold the post of the Foreign Minister, until the Constitutional Court is established to resolve the institutional conflict between him and President Meta, who refused to decree Rama’s candidate.
“The President didn’t decree the Foreign Minister. The next violation will be resolved at the Constitutional Court. Until then, I will be “de jure” in this role, because we have no time to lose after the president”, Rama wrote.
