The remains of Mid-hat Frasheri arrived in Albania this Friday at 09:00.
Many politicians welcomed the remains, including Lulzim Basha and Sali Berisha.
The official burying ceremony was held at the Tirana Artificial Lake, where Midhat Frasheri will rest by the side of the three Frasheri brothers.
The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said that the cleaning of figures compromised by the Nazi, is a true condition for Albanians: “He was a servant of the fatherland”, Rama said. “Of course, he made mistakes. But he didn’t encourage crime.”
