The Deputy Minister of Interior, Rovena Doda, declared that there has been no official request from any EU member country, or from the European Commission, for building a refugee camp in Albania.
“There has been absolutely no request from any EU member country or from the European Commission for building a camp in Albania to host foreign refugees. In Tirana we have an asylum center, which is not a camp, but an institution based on the EU system”, Voda said.
