The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has been declared innocent byu the International Court in Hague, after claims were raised for war crimes. However, he is being summoned once again by the Special Court in Hague, in a development that had not been foreseen before.

In Kosovo, even opposition parties are against this decision of the Court, which is reviewing the controversial report of Dick Marty.

The vice leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) said that no one expects that a person who is already exonerated, to be called a second time for more questioning.

Zafir Berisha, from the Initiative (Nisma), said that the summoning of the Special Court is humiliating to the state of Kosovo.

The Kosovo ambassador in Washington, Vlora Citaku, also reacted and said that this cannot be considered justice.

Haradinaj resigned after this summoning, so that his confrontation with justice can be done as a common citizen. The country, on the other hand, will go towards early elections.
