Rape in Korçe, second author in court

One day after the court kept in preventive custody at prison the
16-year-old R.M, accused of raping an underage boy at Bitnicke village,
Devoll, the Court of First Degree in Korçe asked that the second author,
the 19-year-old Eduard Bufi should stay in prison for 10 days, until
the day when the prosecution would bring the necessary rape evidence.
The session was held behind closed door. Sources say that the court asked the prosecution to present a forensic report that proves that the 19-year-old Eduar Bufi has raped the 12-old-boy, while the defending lawyer declared his client as innocent.
Only six days ago, the grave event was made public by Korçe Police, which took the two alleged rapists under custody after being reported by the 12-year-old victim who claimed of being raped for the fourth time.
