The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, declared that Albania will draft a plan to cover the entire earthquake recovery cost even without taking funds from around the world.
He said that there will be an initial fund of 170 million Euros for the earthquake victims.
“We are going to cover the entire program even without taking any money from other countries because this is our duty”, Rama said.
