Rama: We are the road to prosperity

“We are the only solution, the Alliance for the Future, the Socialist Party of Albania. We are different, completely different, and that is why our model works even when we get attacked and even when they try to impede us”, Rama declared.

Rama said that Socialist Party has a new vision, different to the Democratic Party, and they aim to extend this vision beyond Tirana.

“Politic should become the promoting force of ideas and projects, so that we can be the inspiration of civic coexistence. We are the only choice for materializing this vision for Albania”, Rama confirmed.

“The only choice for no one to lose his job, for no teacher or policeman to fear his salary that feeds his children, for no businessman to get threatened by mafia fines only for their political convictions”, Rama continued.

Rama emphasized that the left alliance brings a different alternative, since it offers solutions for all citizen categories, mainly for those in need.

“We are different, because at the Municipality of Tirana, the pensioners pay 10 times less contributions than a common family. War veterans and invalids pay no taxes. We do all we can for all they deserve”, Rama declared.

According to him, Alliance for the Future is the only solution for the country that is plunged into crisis, a crisis that is a consequence of June 28th vote stealing. Rama emphasized that Socialist Party and the Allies will continue the battle for vote transparency.

“We are the only solution for those who are not part of the people who rob Albania. Albanians know this very well, and that’s why they voted us on June 28th, and they will keep voting us on May 8th. Our votes were stolen two years ago. We will keep demanding justice for the stolen elections until the end, because we started this battle from the first day, for what the Albanians are now suffering on their back. A government that comes to power with stolen votes has not only the laws out of their control, not only the citizens out of control, but they are totally out of control. Vote stealing is a crime committed by the governing politicians and the Albanians are the ones paying”, Rama confirmed, underlining that consequences of this vote stealing are the January 21st victims.

“Votes must not be stolen. Nowhere in the world is there an Interior Minister who opens fire against his own people. There is no minister who, three months after having killed four people, runs for Mayor of the capital city. There is no party, that right after having killed people on the streets, covers the city with its banners, as it is happening in Albania with the stolen votes”, Rama said.

Socialist Party leader declared that through vote stealing, the current government is taking barbarous decisions to thicken their pockets on Albanians’ expense.

“The first lorries of foreign garbage and waste have started to come at Vlora, only to enrich Berisha and his court by damaging the citizen’s health. This government passes barbarous laws, unseen in the history of this country. The law of hosting foreign wastes is a barbarity, an evident consequence of vote stealing”, Rama declared.

“The evil that commits crimes by taking people’s life in Gërdec, that takes the life of citizens like Fatmir Xhindi, in front of his house, at the “Dëshmorët e Kombit” boulevard, only to keep on stealing. This evil has caused 1 million unemployed in this country of 3.5 million. This happens to the people when votes are stolen. Those who live today in worse conditions than yesterday should have no doubt that this situation is caused by the this government’s despising indifference”, he continued.

Addressing to the government a number of other responsibilities, Rama expressed his conviction on May 8th local elections victory, and also the victory on the new general elections.
