The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, reconfirmed his stance to close betting shops across the country. He denied that this will turn online betting into a monopoly.
“The dark money of betting shops is being used to make mediatic bins spur articles about how we are making a monopoly for the online betting. Strangely, this is not something also owned by Taulant Balla. You will not be able to save betting shops. The online monopoly will also die after the New Year’s Eve’, Rama said.
