The Albanian Prime Minister was received by protests from the Democratic Party Youth Forum in Shkoder, before the National Council of the Territory.

Police pushed protesters and freed the main road as Rama entered the building, under chants against the government. Rama turned to the protesters with two raised fingers.

The DPYF leader of Shkoder, Arvid Bushati, accused Rama of having ties with crimes, and said that it is better for the Prime Minister to leave, than having the entire youth leave the country.

The protest ended without incidents.
