The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, congratulated Kosovo for reaching a border demarcation agreement with Montenegro before the 10th anniversary of independence.
“On the road to Prishtina, I just heard about the important step about the border demarcation with Montenegro. I hope it is concluded the soonest possible”, Rama writes on Facebook.
