Rama-Niebel, discussing political situation

During this meeting they spoke about the political situation in Albania, the country’s challenges in the road of EU integration and Germany’s help and assistance, as one of the main partners in the road of progress and democratization.

The Socialist leader Edi Rama thanked the German government for the support offered to Albania in the road towards development, and considered as very necessary the further intensification of this cooperation.

Rama also made an update of the current political and economic situation in Albania, presenting the stance of the Socialist Party.

Another discussion point was about democracy in our country and the consolidation of the rule of law.
