The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, is holding a joint press release with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel.
Rama expressed his gratitude to the President of the European Council for offering assistance in the aftermath of the November 26th earthquake, and for helping with the fundraising conference that will be held in Brussels.
“He is a true friend of Albania, who has a special interest for our region.
“Europe is by our side and will not leave us alone with the reconstruction efforts.
“We spoke about the integration process, about our achievements and about what should be done for further internal discussion within the EU, and for the new enlargement methodology”, Rama said.
