The Party of Unity, Justice and Integration has officially launched the Electoral Campaign for May 8th local elections, with a ceremony held at the Congress Palace in Tirana.

The campaign was launched by the honorary president of PUJI, Tahir Muhedini, who declared under the chants “We love Çamëria” that: “PUJI is the party that unifies our ideals and desires, the party of the Çam Cause.”

“It is a special day, like the emotion of being united for the Çam and national cause. Today, more than ever, we have in our hands the fate of our causes. We are many times stronger than six years ago, when we started this battle. Two months ago, together with Idrizi, we left aside the small things that divided us and decided to unite for our greater cause. PUJI is the party that unifies our ideals and desires, the party of the Çam cause, the party of all Albanians and our country’s unfinished causes, to push forward the Çam cause until unification. We can do it, because since the creation of the Albanian state, our nation’s moto has been “Without Kosovo and Çamëri, there is no Albania”, said Muhedini.

Next was Tirana Municipality candidate of the “Alliance for the Citizen”, Lulëzim Basha, who has PUJI’s support as a member of the coalition.

“The Çam cause has to, can and will be solved in accordance with the international convents”, Basha declared.

“I arrived here with the greatest respect for you and your sacrifice. I respect my grandfathers’ and every Albanian’s deed. One of most important causes that has been neglected for a long time, is the cause of the citizen and his problems, a vision that we offer in a concrete way for every Tirana citizen”, Basha declared.

PUJI leader, Shpëtim Idrizi, declared that the Çam cause is today stronger than ever.

“We love Albania! We love Kosovo! We love Çamëria! Many of us have the Çam cause as our action base. We will never forget our land, we will never forget Çamëria. Çamëria has today thousands of boys and girls that will defend the Çam cause. Today, this cause is stronger than ever, it has resurrected. Injustices will never be forgotten. We do not forget and we will demand the denied justice”, Idrizi said.
