The Prosecution of Serious Crimes asked life to prison for five of the
Durres Gang members, among which is Adriatik Coli, the one who
cooperated with the authorities.

The Prosecution asked 20 year to prison for two others who helped in the murder attempt of Lulzim Berisha in 2005.

The first name of the list, Lulzim Berisha, is accused of at least five murders and creation of criminal organization. By joining the charges, the prosecution asked capital punishment.

Same was for Plautent  Dervishaj, his brother in law, Indrit Taullai and Indrit Dokle.

The only one who escaped life prison was Coli, to whom was pardoned 13rd of the sentence, which goes to 10 years in prison.

The Prosecution asked for 25 years to prison for Sardian Sulejmani, Kujtim Buna, Altin Olloni, Elvis Hoxhosmani, Alban Neli, Selman Heti and Spartak Kalthi, all of them accused as members of the Lulzim Berisha and Indrit Dokle gangs.

A softer measure was asked for the two Kosovo citizens that have never been arrested, who undertook to commit the murder of Lul Berisha, but never realized it.
