The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, has returned the government’s law for territory planning and development, while he decreed three other laws passed by the parliament.
Meta decreed the law for protecting the fauna, after an agreement between the Ministry of Finances and the Albanian Development Fund with KfW Frankfurt Am Main, for supplying water to rural areas, and also the law for territory planning and development, since, according to him, has not been consulted with the other ministries that have direct connections.
