President Meta: “Made in Albania products need political consensus”

The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, attended the “George Kastrioti Skanderbeg for the Albanian Economy” event, where he said that smart marketing of “Made in Albania” products could enter the international markets.
For the Albanian president, the EU negotiations will be challenging for the economy of Albania, because they will serve as a discipline test for businesses and competition of Albanian products.
But to fulfil this ambition, Meta says that politicians need to find national and political consensus, in order to select the right economic development model.
“National identities as economic symbols can co-exist with the reality of the global market. The globalization power is creating economic empires through innovative business ideas, inspired by the modern heroes of global market”, Meta said.
