President in Diber, honoring the martyrs

After the wreath laying ceremony, the Head of the State said that the act of those who gave their life for the country holds in its core the values of patriotism.

“I am here today to commemorate May 5th in Diber, because this district has always shined for patriotism. I value the act of the martyrs who are honored today all over Albania”, Topi declared.

The Albanian President was accompanied by local authorities of Diber District.
