The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, is attending an official visit in Marseille, where he met with the President of the Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Cotes d’Azur (PACA), Renaud Muselier.]
According to President Meta, PACA, as an important and powerful center for France and the Mediterranean, could offer several cooperation opportunities in Albania’s coastal infrastructure, exploitation and management of this asset.
Meta said that the Mediterranean region has huge potentials that could be exploited by the countries of the region, to improve cooperation in the future.
The President of the PACA region considered Meta’s visit as a significant indicator of their excellent relations.
The President visited the Port of Marseille together with its Director, Christine Cabau-Woerhel, and commented it as “a real geo-political and geo-economic university”.
