President congratulates Kosovo for creating army

The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, congratulated the politicians of Kosovo for voting the laws that allowed the creation of their army.
The president, same as the opposition leader, Lulzim Basha, made the comment before the law was even passed.
“The historic decision shows that Kosovo is more than capable to undertake new responsibilities for building its democratic institutions, and for creating with determination for peace, stability and good neighbouring”, Meta wrote on Facebook.
