The rehabilitation of the most polluted area in Albania, Porto Romano,
has finished. Prime Minister Berisha attended the ceremony and declared
that this zone now is off the map of most polluted areas.
“We will guard our standards. Albania is an industrial country”, Berisha declared.
Minister of Environment Fatmir Mediu promised to give property titles to all Porto Romano residents.
