Police operation in Elbasan against the notorious family

Aida Hajnaj, the Vice Chief of the State Police, declared that the massive operation in Elbasan has led to many arrests and several crimes.

Among the persons who were arrested is Florenc Capja, who is accused of the attempted murder of Fadil Mema in 2006.

The members of the Capja family have been mentioned several times for numerous crimes over the years.
