Pogradec, armed person in voting center

A person armed with a AK-47 entered a voting center in Pogradec.
The armed person threatened the commissioners of the voting center no.3907.
Witnesses say that he wanted to vote after 19:00, when ballot boxes were closed.
It remains unknown if the armed person has been arrested or not.
