The Parliament of Albania decided to open the race for the vacancies at the Constitutional Court.
The announcement underlines that the Parliament wants to fill the vacancy created by the early termination of Fatos Lulo’s mandate.
The Council of Justice Appointments completed the interview process with the candidates from the Constitutional Court.
Besides the Parliament, the President also should public an announcement for another vacancy in this Court.
As for the announcement of the Parliament, the candidates must hand over their applications within September 15th.
