The OSCE Ambassador to Tirana, Bern Borchard, after meeting with the Shkoder University students, declared that he is encouraging the government and the opposition for dialogue.
“We are trying to have dialogue in all possible ways. We want the political factors to be part of the elections”, he declared.
The OSCE Ambassador declared from Shkoder that it it will be impossible to predict what will happen with the situation in Albania.
He added that all parties have had representatives in the elections of 2017, and they all recognized those elections.
