She emphasized that the ink was easily wiped off with a wet
handkerchief, and this has happened to several citizens in the Albanian capital,
Tirana.
“I wiped the ink off with a simple everyday wetn
handkerchief. This has been notified from other voters too, in several voting
centers”, Dade said.
She declared that they will report this problem at
OSCE-ODIHR.
“We will contOSCE-ODIHR, because this is unacceptable.
Whatever the Central Election Commission might say, this is very flagrant”,
Dade underlined.
