Central Election Spokesperson, Leonard Olli, declared that the entire
vote counting process from the Central Election Commission is
transparent and registered.

He emphasized that from 1055 ballot boxes that were opened up to now, only one had inconsistencies with the fifth code, which, according to him, is something normal.

“I declare with full responsibility that 1055 boxes have been opened up to now, and only one box had inconsistencies with the fifth code. Only one number from the six numbers that has each code and this is normal. I want to emphasize that with the reports and copies of the reports, we can verify at any time any kind of inconsistency. Everything was transparent and registered”, Olli declared.

He emphasized that the ballot counting groups have no real possibilities to change the fifth code.

“If this would have happened, respective Zonal Election Commissions would not have signed them in the report. The law doesn’t allow them to change the fifth code”, Olli added.
