Obot floods, Basha: “Rama is behaving criminally with citizens”

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, returned to the situation created at the Obot area, Shkoder.

Basha said that he supports the Municipality’s request to declare the emergency situation.

For this flood, the DP blamed the opening of water gates at the Drin Cascade hydropower plant.

“The catastrophe was not caused by rain, but the Drin Cascade. Rama is heaving criminally with the residents who need to be compensated”, he wrote.
