The Vice Mayor of Tirana, Albana Dhimitri, declared that the Democratic
Party candidate of “Alliance for the Citizen”, Lulzim Basha, has lied
regarding new apartment building property certifications.
“The electoral campaign did not pass without defamation. The votes cannot be taken with lies and failures of the past. Basha lies about the new apartment property certifications, because it was he himself who changed the law in 2006”, Dhimitri said.
According to the second person in charge for the Tirana Municipality, the government and the former minister are withholding the citizens of Tirana from prosperity, and she also notified that the documentation regarding this matter has been sent since 2008 to the Agency of Legalization, Urbanization and Integration of Informal Constructions and Areas.
