Three unidentified persons shot with firearm a Kosovo Police patrol in Northern Mitrovica.
The shots were fired in the early hours of the morning, at “Tre Rrokaqiejt” neighborhood, an area of mixed population.
Mitrovica Police Spokesperson, Nysret Mehmeti, declared that none of the involved policemen were hurt.
He excluded the possibility of an ethnically motivated attack, saying that the patrol had one Albanian and one Serbian police agent.
According to him, the case was considered as an attempted murder and public property damage, while the investigations are still undergoing.
