A memorial was placed at the Adazi camp in Latvia in honor of the two Albanian military members who died during a training session.
Mayor Klodian Tanushi and corporal Zarife Hasanaj will always be remembered by the NATO group-batallion.
The Minister of Defense, Olta Xhackaj, wrote that “the martyrs Klodian Tanushi and Corporal Zarife Hasanaj will always be part of the NATO group-battalion in Latvia. Their colleagues uncovered the memorial of the two fallen soldiers. Glory for life to our martyrs”.
