The Court of Serious Crimes decided to leave in prison the 25-year-old arrested with 800.000 EUR in his vehicle and two boat driving licenses belonging to former Minister of Interior Saimir Tahiri.
Prosecution suspects that the money belongs to Tahiri as well, while they have proven that Sota had no knowledge about the licenses, as proven by audio surveillance.
The father of Orest Sota has declared that the money belonged to him, and was being used for the cooperation that his company had with Kurum for buying steel.
