The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, greeted the decision of Kosovo’s Parliament to approve the laws that transform the Kosovo Security Forces into a proper army.
The Prime Minister was very reserved, but the picture accompanying the post was very significant.
Rama chose exactly the picture of Kosovo’s President, Hashim Thaci, who wore a military uniform as he visited the Adem Jashari barracks.
