Kosovo PM Haradinaj still not allowed to travel to the USA

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has not been allowed to travel to the USA yet.

The Spokesperson of the government, Donjeta Gashi, said for Radio Free Europe that the Prime Minister’s Office hasn’t received any official response from the US embassy.

Al Jazeera Balkans quoted US State Department sources saying that Haradinaj’s entrance to the USA was rejected due to the 100% tax imposed on Serbian and Bosnian goods.

However, Haradinaj has declared that Prishtina will repeal the 100% tax only after receiving international guarantee that the agreement with Serbia will end up in a mutual recognition.
