The Socialist Deputy of Durres district, Blendi Klosi expressed his
concern on the vote counting process that, according to him, is only the
beginning.

“17 of 165 voting centers have been counted. After a meeting of the Democratic Party structures, the behavior here is as if the process is over, not that we are awaiting the result”, Klosi declared.

According to him, the vote counting is being intentionally delayed by the Democratic Party to deform the destiny of these election already won by the Socialist Party.

Nard Ndoka, leader of the Demo Christian Party, said that Rama and Berisha should not repeat June 28th with the vote counting delays.

“SP and DP are excluding Durres observers from the vote counting process. Rama and Berisha should not repeat June 28th”, Ndoka declared.

Shpëtim Idrizi, leader of the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity declared that the problem of Albanian elections remains the vote counting process.

“The vote counting process has always been the problem. This type of counting process is a result of the agreements between the greater parties. This situation cannot continue. This is inhuman”, Idrizi underlined.
