The Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj, has spoken once again about the report made public by the VOA, regarding illegal hiring by the Rama administration.
“VOA did not take in consideration the stance of the Justice Ministry or the arguments that I presented regarding this process. It only reconfirmed their wrong approach to the case, without fousing on the evidence that will allow the Prosecution to keep investigating”, Gjonaj said.
The Minister added VOA should had verified the hiring and testing procedures of the prison police. Regardless of what the recorded conversations show, Gjonaj says, the interest of MPs about the people who were hired did not influence the decision.
